Committees​

ACTIVE MEMBERS
$299 per year

Restricted to physicians (MD, DO, or equivalent)

Must include copy of medical certificate, valid current license, or proof of degree.

​

May vote, serve on committees, advisory boards, or hold office.

AFFILIATE MEMBERS
$100 per year

For nurses, physician assistants, scientists, and health care professionals.

Must include copy of current license appropriate to their field.

​

No voting privileges and election to the board but may serve on different committees.

TRAINEE MEMBERS
$50 per year

For health care professionals enrolled in graduate or post-graduate programs.

Must include a letter of verification of active training from their institution or program director.

​
